Grilled Mango With Blue Cheese, Pecans & Honey

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for grates
- 4
large ripe mangos
- 3/4 c.
- 1/3 c.
toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c.
honey
- 8
small basil leaves
Directions

- Step 1
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Oil the grates.
- Step 2Using a chef’s knife, cut off two cheeks of mango on either side of the seed. The center part of mango can be reserved for another use.
- Step 3Brush cut side of mango cheeks with oil and grill cut-side down, until soft, about 4 minutes. Flip skin-side down and grill until bottom is just cooked, about 4 minutes more
- Step 4Remove mango from grill and arrange on a plate or platter cut side up. Sprinkle each with Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and pecans and drizzle with honey. Garnish each piece with a basil leaf.
